With current turn times at most banks around 15-20 days or more, with our direct banking, you’re our only client. We only fund loans for our loan officers and our current turn times are 72 hrs. to underwrite and you don’t have to disclose YSP on direct banked loans. Of course we offer 100’s of lenders for you to broker to as well.
